Oscar joined BSA Group in January 2026 as Business Support Executive. Prior to joining the team, Oscar gained experience in retail management before working as a Legal Assistant in residential conveyancing. At BSA Group, Oscar specialises in supporting the legal team – managing Child Student Visa applications, conducting compliance file reviews for named sponsor clients and providing legal administration – whilst also supporting the wider Group with business operations and administration.
